As part of the 10 day course called “The Business of Food” at Ballymaloe, we recently presented a 1 day interior design workshop for budding Food Business owners. The attendees some from as far away as Azerbajan and Canada  enjoyed a day of creativity where they were able to realize a design direction for their brand and to learn about the most important design considerations when opening a food business.
